PRACTICAL AND INTUITIVE TOUCH SCREEN

The Beckhoff control system with touch screen allows the operator to carry out a 360° control of all the machine movements and to update the functions easily and intuitively.

 

MOULD BLOCKING SYSTEM

A new blocking system of the mould allows to work the shoe on the machine external position, for manual interventions on the quality and control on the shoe, or with the mould in a fixed position to ensure speed of execution.

 

DESIGN AND CUSTOMIZATION

The machines of the Mark series feature rounded shapes and an innovative design, created to provide the maximum operating comfort. In addition, the carters are aesthetically customizable.

 

AUTOMATIC MEMORIZATION

An automatic device allows the acquisition and memorization of the insole profile from the heel to the ball and the simultaneous positioning, according to this profile, of the sides lasting group. Significant advantages in the working cycle of shoes with different heel height!

 

INCLINED NAILING SYSTEM

Exclusive lasting system with inclined tacks, with side lasting at micro-tacks.

 

REMOTE ASSISTANCE

Remote connection by Teamviewer or pc for a direct and immediate customer support. Easy updates of the software of the machine and easy identification of the maintenance and processing problems.

 

LOW NOISE

The Mark models are designed to be extremely noiseless, so as to maximize the working comfort and drastically reduce the risk of hearing damages.
